Sophia completed her undergrad with a major in Nutritional Sciences and double minor in Physiology and Visual Studies. She started at the L’Abbe Lab in December 2020 as a volunteer updating the FLIP 2020 database. She continued as a summer research student focusing on the prevalence and nutritional quality of plant-based foods in the Canadian food supply (DNS UROP) and continued this research as part of her NFS494 research project.
