Nargol completed her undergrad with a double major in Nutritional Sciences and Health and Disease and a minor in Immunology. She joined the L’Abbe Lab in the fall of 2020 as an undergraduate research student (NFS494). Nargol’s research focused on examining the sodium levels of the packaged foods in the FLIP database in order to see if there has been improvements since the lab’s last collection in 2017.
