Marah was an undergraduate student pursuing a double major in Nutritional Sciences and Global Health and a minor in Psychology. Her research project for NFS394 used the FLIP database to examine the nutritional quality of menu items in food chain restaurants that would be given Health Canada’s proposed front of packaging (FOP) warning symbol, if applied to restaurants.
