Julia was a fourth-year undergraduate thesis student in the L’Abbe Lab, majoring in Nutritional Sciences and Physiology, with a minor in Psychology. Her NFS394 and summer UROP projects focused on evaluating the effect of Front-of-Package Labelling. She helped with the 2024 Menu-FLIP collection and her NFS494 project explored the availability of calorie counts across official websites, online food delivery apps, and in-restaurant menu boards.
