Emily is a PhD student in the L’Abbé lab. Her thesis research focuses on analyzing the relationship between food policies that aim to improve the diets of Canadians and food prices. Other research interests include: examining the response of the food industry to food policies, food and beverage reformulation, and the application of technology in nutrition research. Prior to joining the L’Abbé Lab, Emily completed her BSc and the Master of Management of Innovation program at UofT.
