Angela completed her undergrad with a double major in Nutritional Sciences and Health and Disease. She joined the lab in fall 2021, and her research project for NFS494 focused on identifying healthier replacements for food and beverages that would carry at least 1 ‘high in’ warning label among foods consumed by Canadians under Health Canada FOPL thresholds and the Chilean Nutrient Profile model.
