Allan completed a double major in Nutritional Sciences and Health and Disease, with a minor in Buddhism, Psychology, and Mental Health. His research project (NFS394) focused on using the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) nutrient profiling model to assess the nutritional quality of Canadian prepackaged food and beverages in the FLIP 2020 database.
