Christine is currently in her fourth year of studies at the University of Toronto, pursuing a double major in Nutritional Sciences and Global Health. She recently completed a third-year research project, as well as a summer research project, in the L’Abbé Lab, which focused on food and beverage marketing to children and the nutritional content of prepackaged products in the Canadian food supply. Christine is now working on a fourth-year project, which will aim to compare the how the nutritional quality of the Canadian prepackaged food supply scores when different nutrient profiling models are applied.
